Hi, I’m Yulia — an artist, sound healer, and former corporate manager who personally understands stress, overwork, and burnout. For years, I lived in “go mode,” leading teams, managing deadlines, and carrying responsibilities that never seemed to end. Eventually, the overwhelm caught up with me, and my nervous system began to shut down.

Searching for relief, I turned to sound healing, expressive art, meditation, and breathwork — multi-sensory practices that helped me calm my mind, release emotional tension, and reconnect with myself in a way I hadn’t felt in years. These tools changed my life so profoundly that I knew I had to share them.

Today, I help high-achieving women — especially those in demanding careers — regulate their nervous system, prevent burnout, and restore clarity and emotional balance through immersive, multi-sensory healing sessions. What is sound healing?

Sound healing is a multi-sensory therapeutic practice that uses sound waves and gentle vibrations to calm your nervous system, release mental tension, and guide your body into a deep state of rest. Instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs create frequencies that support your brain in shifting out of stress mode and into relaxation.
